Hey guys, hope ur still doing good! or better than me
Today.... the day after my five-hour-biketour... is agonizing.
Me and some good friends went out for a bicycletour.
I thought it will be a short tour, like one, two or at the most three hours.
But i was totally wrong... so today muscle ache pester me....
did you ever had muscle ache that you cant sit down or walk a few steps without pain?
